Yin Yoga - Entering the Quiet
For this workshop we will create a quiet,
reflective space for ourselves in the midst of a supportive
community. With a blend of stillness and dynamic self-inquiry we
will deepen our connection to ourselves and experience our
connection with others in a different way. There
will be Yin style yoga, guided mediation,
self-reflection and facilitated dialogue.
Join us for this opportunity to temporarily remove yourself from
the distractions in your life so you can listen to your
own body, clarify your own thoughts and make considered choices for
your life. No yoga
or meditation experience of any kind is required to participate in
this workshop.
